Southern Bears is an organization of hirsute individuals and their admirers. The purpose of Southern Bears is to arrange social events for its members and provide a means of communication about activities. Southern Bears plans monthly gatherings such as dinners and parties where bears can gather and enjoy each other's company. Membership in the Southern Bears organization is open to anyone who is hirsute or admires the hirsute. There are no physical characteristics required for membership. All members must be at least 21 years of age. |

| When and where do you meet |
You are welcome to join us for the following events, unless otherwise noted. Here's what we do every month. Don't forget, special or annual events will not be listed here: Last Wednesday of the month is Dinner with the Bears. We meet at a different restaurant every month at 7:30 PM. Everyone is welcome. Call the BearLine at 770 908-3381 to hear where we will be this month! 2nd Thursday the bears support PALS Bingo at 7:00 PM. The cost is $10 at the door. Ask for the Southern Bears Table. 2nd Saturday is very busy Board of Directors meets at 6:00 PM (Not open to the general public) Dinner at Mary Mac's at 7:30 on Ponce de Leon General Meeting of the Southern Bears and club night beginning at 9:00 PM at the Atlanta Eagle. Directions to the Eagle. 3rd Friday is our night we support Project Open Hand by packing meals. Join us ANYTIME after 4:00 PM and then we usually go out to dinner afterwards around 7:00 or 8:00 PM, whenever we finish packing meals. |
