Training Program

About four weeks ago I met a beautiful lady from Lakeland who is very new to our lifestyle. We talked and talked on line for a few days. I sent her all the information I had on our local community. I told her she had just missed the Lakeland munch and invited her to breakfast. I explained safe calls. I made sure she understood them and her daughter had 911 on speed dial. We met at a local place here in Zephyrhills (BJ's) and our meeting went well. Then she asked me to train her.

So I started the training course. I outlined for myself goals, which I would attempt to meet. We sat and talked. I showed her the different type BDSM toys like my black flogger I got from Master EJ.

I did NOT do the following!

1. Attempt to play with her naked body.
2. Attempt to trick her into sex.

However what I did do was this. I gave her reading & writing assignments. I give her tasks and I asked her opinion. I did the following:

1. We sat down and went over a checklist of things to try & not try
2. We went over different resources
3. We discussed discipline & punishment
4. We set limits both hard & soft
5. We agreed to always to be open & honest
6. We talked about a contract and feelings
7. We talked before and after our first play session
8. We set goals for finding her a new master

Her first play session she found sub-space very quickly. Quicker then anyone has ever seen in my 18 years or so of the lifestyle. She has taken to the basic protocols like a duck to water. She is quickly becoming a well trained submissive.

I used he following resources Sir Magic web-site, Castle Realm and many other web sites. I have a vast collection of writings & posts from the many lists I belong to. (Hence the problem with the basic protocol post). Last in my training I use a combination of old guard, Victorian and some of my own twisted ideas like live and let live. And if I have a problem I have a very trusted friend I go to. We may not always agree but I trust his judgment above my own. I will not say his name but he is a well-respected member of our community.

One last point I wish to make another Dom offered her training with out even meeting her. This person is a member of our local community. This is wrong! If some wants to train you before even meeting you first beware. Always meet in a public place and take slowly & a step at a time.
