General Dog Information
Things that will help you get inside the Dog mind:
-
Use all your senses. Let your exploration of things be led
by your nose. Really SMELL things. Closely listen to every
little sound. Lick things to feel the texture of them and to
know their taste.
-
Stop using your hands! If you can afford it, get thick bondage
style mittens with padding. If you can't afford that, wrap hands
in socks and tape them!
-
Try thinking without words. Think in terms of sight, sound,
pleasure, pain, and such.
-
Take some time to experiment with sound when you are alone.
Growl... whine... breath... pant... figure out how those sounds
come out of you naturally when you aren't performing for others
or feeling constrained by social taboos.
-
Take some time to breath and feel the air move through your
body... stretch... pay attention to your muscles and how it
feels to have a body. Put your mind back in your body...
humans walk around with our minds floating about a foot
above and behind our skulls sometimes I think... ha-ha.
Dog minds are right in their heads feeling every ripple of
their muscle and every subtle sensation of their bodies. Words
aren't there to clutter things.
-
Remember real dogs have bodies that are more cut out for
being on all fours... ha-ha. Human doggy types need some
help. Learn to either walk on your feet and your fists (instead
of knees and fists) OR get some knee pads so you don't ruin
your knees walking around.
-
Spend some time naked. Move about your surroundings not
thinking about what being nude is. Get used to feeling the
world with your WHOLE body.
