THE CONTRACT

I, name of slave to be, certify that on this date, date, I am of sound mind and body, that I am completely aware of, and fully understand, the terms and conditions of this contract.

I also agree completely with the terms and conditions of this contract and understand that once my signature is affixed herein, this contract becomes a legal document and is to be honored according to law, that this document is, in fact, a combination of my desires, my needs, and represents the type of life style I have chosen to lead.

I acknowledge that on this date I give my body, my mind, my emotional, material, and spiritual poaessions, excluding none, to one name of Master to be. I hereby certify that this individual is at complete liberty to do with my mind, my body and my possessions as he wishes, for these possessions are no longer mine, but his.

I acknowledge that when name of Master to be says the spell-binding phrase to me, `You are a slave!', I will become docile and submissive, and completely helpless to his commands and desires, and I will answer to this phrase with "Yes, Master.", or "Yes, Sir.", for at this time he is truly my Master and I his slave. And I will refer to him as Master or Sir for as long as he wishes to keep me in slavery.

I acknowledge that my Master will put me into slavery at any time he wishes,whether it be in the privacy of our home,or whether it be where the public gathers or congegates such as a restaurant or an amusement park, or any other place.

I will accept complete and total slavery from my Master at any place and at any time. I will become completely dependent upon his commands according to paragraph three of this contract.

I acknowledge that once my Master instructs me that I am to be a slave, I will no longer speak in normal conversatlon. I will speak only when permitted to do so, with whom he has allowed to own and use me. I will answer only those questions asked of me, and I will answer fully, completely, and to the point.

I acknowledge that once I am a slave I am to look towards the floor, that I am not allowed to let my eyes wander. I will look at those present only below the knees, and at no tim will I allow my eyes to wander above the knees unless I am instructed to do so. I will close my eyes if my head is elevated to above the knees.

I acknowledge that my Master will own and use me for any and every purpose he wishes, at any time. I am completely at his disposal and I will obey his every desire and command immediately, without thought or interruption. Ny mouth, my hands, my breasts, my vagina, my anus -- my entire body is for his use and pleasure, and for the use of others, according to my instructions. As long as this is the desire of my Raster, then this, too, shall he my desire.
