GENERAL PRECEPTS

1. THE MASTER AND His property:  This statement shall be in effect commencing on the date of the initial inspection, even though the slave continues to live apart from his Master. The purpose of this statement is to make known that MASTER Mike (Hereinafter referred to as the MASTER), who presently lives at ______________________ owns ________________, (Hereinafter referred to as slave). As the slave is mere chattel property, any sort of agreement or contract is unnecessary since he has none of the rights and privileges that his Master has, and certainly none of the superior intellect and wisdom his MASTER possesses. This Statement is written solely for the purpose to make other MASTERS aware that MASTER Mike does own this slave, and how the slave should be treated in the event MASTER Mike precedes the slave in death.
2. RECITALS: WHEREAS, it is the slave's natural inclination to submissively open himself for the training, use and service of a SUPERIOR MASTER as more particularly described Herein; WHEREAS, it is not in the Natural Order of Things that the slave should ever enjoy such things as the rights, benefits, privileges and choices which the MASTER enjoys; WHEREAS, the slave begs to be trained for the use and service of the MASTER in order that he may receive favor from the MASTER and whatever emotional satisfaction such depths of submission and devotion may bring; WHEREAS, the MASTER acknowledges the inferior status of the slave and wishes to take possession of the slave, assuming beneficial enjoyment in said possession. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises, terms and conditions contained Herein, the MASTER assumes ownership of the slave as follows:
3. PROBATIONARY PERIOD: If, after a period of initial online evaluation, the MASTER finds the slave to be a suitable candidate to proceed further, He will accept him as a probationary slave. During this period, the slave shall continue to live and work where he is. All the parts of this MASTER/slave Statement which are not dependant on the slave living with his MASTER, shall be in force.
4. TRANSFER OF slave: If the slave is accepted for part-time ownership, the slave shall freely and willingly turn himself over to the absolute and lifelong ownership of the MASTER, including his body, his mind, and his name. The slave shall be bound to serve, in complete dedication of body and mind, dedicating himself to the MASTER, whether for the MASTER'S sexual pleasure, comfort, and amusement, or to relieve the MASTER from the burdens of the menial. The slave shall continue in part-time servitude and abide by the precepts of this statement for the rest of his natural life. Any and all kindnesses and courtesies which MASTERS come to expect as their duly born rights, shall be denied the slave. But should his betters extend such, the slave shall demonstrate his gratitude in a manner appropriately indicating that only the MASTER is deserving of such kindnesses.
5. MASTER'S title to slave: Upon part-time physical ownership of the slave, the MASTER shall obtain full right and title to the slave to use in whatever manner or for any purpose He may decide. The slave has surrendered completely to the MASTER'S will and control and is bound by His words. The MASTER'S judgment of slave's mental and physical status and limits will always prevail, and He shall at all times have the right to expect the slave's honesty, loyalty, trust and attention without regard to any self-interest on the part of the slave. The slave shall have no privacy from his MASTER whatsoever at anytime for any reason. There is nothing that the slave will not reveal to his MASTER. The MASTER has the right to know everything about the slave. The slave has no control over his own destiny, and will supplant his MASTER'S will for his own; since he desires and needs the absolute control, a lifetime commitment to his MASTER brings.
6. INDICIA OF OWNERSHIP: Without limiting the MASTER'S rights to use the slave as He wills, the MASTER may change the slaves name as he sees fit.
7. slave's DUTIES AND OBEDIENCE: To the extent possible considering the natural tendency of the slave's mind to wander, the slave shall at all times keep his mind concentrated solely on the MASTER. The slave should demonstrate acceptance of his role of service by absolute obedience and commitment to the MASTER and especially to his MASTER'S amusement and entertainment and freedom from tasks of a menial or degrading nature. The slave shall respectfully request permission to take any action not expressly directed by the MASTER. A reason must be given for such actions at the time of the request. Since the slave never had the right of choice; all decision-making belongs to his MASTER at all times, for all reasons and purposes.
8. PROPER ETIQUETTE: The slave shall at all times address his MASTER with the utmost respect, honor, admiration and pride. The slave shall address and refer to the MASTER by using any of the following terms: "MASTER," "SIR," "LORD" whether in his MASTER'S physical presence or not. The slave will use these terms frequently with his MASTER, whether in person, online, on the phone, or in writing. Whenever the MASTER or slave enters a room in which the other is already present, the slave will immediately kneel and kiss his MASTER'S feet once his MASTER is stationary, unless under previous orders not to. If the MASTER'S cock is also out and free, the slave will take it into his mouth after kissing the MASTER'S feet and keep it there until the MASTER orders otherwise, unless another slave is already in that position. The slave shall always have Head bowed, eyes down, never stand in front of, or precede his MASTER; and never look his MASTER directly in the eye. When not performing some service for his MASTER, the slave should always be sitting, kneeling or lying at his MASTER'S feet awaiting further instructions, and never sit on any furniture for any reason whatsoever. The slave shall always assume this inferior subservient position in the presence of his MASTER. The slave shall answer all questions his MASTER poses immediately and with complete honesty and forthrightness, holding nothing back. The slave will NEVER ask a question or speak unless he first asks, and is granted permission from his MASTER to do so. The slave will serve his MASTER as a sex toy and perform all the duties connected with those roles, always with the utmost gratitude and appreciation for the honor and privilege of serving his MASTER with his whole self.
9. PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND BODYBUILDING: The slave will work out at least six days each week at a local gymnasium, having only Sunday off from exercise if needed. This exercise will include aerobics and weight training, and the actual exercise, not counting showering and travel, shall not ever be less than 1 hour.
10. DIETARY INTAKE: The slave will follow a strictly regimented diet, planned out by a qualified personal trainer, and approved by his MASTER. Dietary supplements such as protein powders or vitamins may also be included in the slave's diet. The slave will not deviate from the diet for any reason except when ill and ordered by his MASTER. Infractions of this rule will be severely punished.
11. MEALS: The slave will prepare for himself only the food allowed on its approved diet ordered by his MASTER.
12. TOILET TRAINING The slave will only be allowed to piss and shit during odd numbered hours of the day and night (1:00 – 2:00AM/PM, 3:00 – 4:00AM/PM, 5:00 – 6:00AM/PM, etc.) whether in his MASTER'S presence or not. When living with his MASTER, the slave will also always ask permission to use the toilet at these times. The slave will never piss standing up. The slave is subservient to his MASTER and will not imitate Him in this regard. The slave will always sit on a toilet or squat down to piss.
13. CHASTITY TRAINING: The slave will be locked in a male chastity device of the MASTER'S choosing at all times, with the MASTER as the sole key holder. Only the MASTER can decide to release the slave from the device. The slave cannot ever ask to be released from the bonds of chastity. The slave has no right to have an orgasm or ejaculation. The slave shall offer up complete absolute lifelong chastity to his MASTER as a sacrificial tribute to Him. In His benevolence, the MASTER can choose to release the slave from the chastity device at anytime and give permission for him to ejaculate/orgasm; however the slave should never expect this. His chastity belongs to his MASTER by right. Further, the buildup of the extra testosterone will assist in the slave's efforts at building up his muscle mass for the viewing pleasure of his MASTER. I the slave is married he will not be locked in a chastity device, but must only have intercourse with his wife on the MASTERS direction.
14. HOUSEHOLD CHORES: The slave may have to do chores at the direction of his MASTER
15. HYGIENE: The slave will bathe every day after his workout, and on Sundays he will bathe as soon as he wakes in case his MASTER wants to use him sexually.
16. SLEEPING: The slaves sleep hours will be determined by his MASTER
17. ATTIRE: When at home, either alone or with his MASTER, he will be naked at all times except for his chastity device. While he is naked, the slave may not wear any socks or footwear of any kind. In all other situations, the slave will wear what the MASTER determines to be appropriate attire for the given situation. This may be as little as a jockstrap, even when strangers are present at home. The fact that this may cause the slave humiliation is of no concern, especially since it may amuse its MASTER. The natural state of the slave shall be naked whenever possible.
18. SEXUAL SERVICE: The slave exists for the sole reason to bring pleasure and comfort to his MASTER'S life. The slave's body belongs to his MASTER to use in any way He chooses; as such the slave has no right to protest any use the MASTER chooses to make of him. The slave will never touch his own cock, balls, asshole, or tits without his MASTER'S permission, except to shower or douche, and then only for the briefest of times. They are for his MASTER'S enjoyment only. The slave will freely allow his MASTER use of his body at anytime of the day or night for His sexual pleasure. The reason for why, when or how He uses the slave is immaterial; it is sufficient that his MASTER wants to use it. As such, the slave will serve as his MASTER'S sub-human urinal whenever the Master wishes it. The MASTER will instruct the slave in how He wishes the slave to sexually service Him. Over the course of his training, the slave will gradually be exposed to new and extremely intense forms of bondage and S&M experiences at the discretion of his MASTER. The slave will accept regular forms of bondage and S&M that may be extremely painful and intense. The slave will be taught to willingly accept and rejoice in the fact that he is able to offer his MASTER his flesh for the MASTER'S sadistic pleasures. The slave will always strive to extend and expand his limits to new heights so the MASTER can be increasingly proud of His property. The MASTER has the absolute right to have additional (non live-in) slaves serve him sexually, at anytime He wishes. The MASTER may order the slave to engage in sexual acts with non live-in sex slaves He chooses for His amusement. The live-in slave(s) shall never exhibit any form of jealousy when the MASTER uses another slave, because the live-in slave(s) knows that his MASTER deserves all the pleasure He can get in this world, and the live-in slave shall be happy that his MASTER finds sexual pleasure from the use of other slaves. The slave shall thank the MASTER every time the MASTER chooses to sexual use other slaves, or allow the live-in slave the privilege of being used by a non live-in slave. The live-in slave will NEVER, EVER engage in any sexual activity whatsoever with anyone except His MASTER, unless his MASTER orders it. The MASTER may order the slave to find other slaves for the MASTER'S sexual use or permanent ownership. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS LAW REQUIRES INTENSE, LONG-TERM PAINFUL PUNISHMENT, up to and including dismissal.
19. THE MASTER'S ORDERS: It is the slave's duty to obey any and all commands given by his MASTER, and to do so without question or hesitation. The slave may not question his MASTER'S orders, and the MASTER is under no obligation to justify His orders to the slave. The slave shall fully and eagerly carry out all of his MASTER'S commands and orders, complying completely with both the letter and spirit of every command. The slave shall immediately report to his MASTER when he has completed carrying out his MASTER'S commands. The slave shall be prepared at all times to have all completed orders and tasks fully and minutely inspected to ensure compliance as ordered. The slave shall NEVER for any reason whatsoever, question, complain about or refuse to obey any order given by his MASTER. The slave shall show his MASTER the utmost gratitude for the privilege of carrying out His orders and commands, offering his MASTER formal verbal thanks each time his MASTER gives him an order to follow. When the slave has completed an order of his MASTER, and after he has reported its completion to his MASTER, the slave shall humbly and quietly wait for further orders in a submissive non-conspicuous posture. The slave will also report to his MASTER any orders he has not carried out, not completed on time, or not completed to his MASTER'S specifications. Any failure to complete his MASTER'S orders completely, perfectly and on time shall be considered a punishable offense.
20. INFRACTIONS AND PUNISHMENT: The slave shall gratefully submit to any and all punishments his MASTER sees fit to impose on him. Once the slave has been fully trained in a task, and then fails to carry it out properly when instructed, his MASTER will assume that the slave is being disobedient or lazy and the slave shall be punished. The slave is to expect punishment for all infractions of both the letter and spirit of his MASTER'S orders. The form and extent of punishment shall be at his MASTER'S discretion. The MASTER shall make clear to the slave that he is being punished at the time it occurs. The slave shall always eagerly accept punishment and shall verbally thank his MASTER for the punishment since it is an opportunity to grow, learn and become a better slave for his MASTER. The MASTER may choose not to punish infractions at His sole discretion. The slave understands that his MASTER is the sole judge in determining whether an infraction has occurred, and the degree of punishment required. Punishments can include, but are not limited to such things as butt-plugging for up to twenty-four hours; strict, kinky and heavy bondage/caging for up to one hour; sensory deprivation for up to one hour; the denial of the privilege to piss for up to eight hours: extreme cock and ball torture; being made subject to extended fucking by mechanical device for up to 2 hours; additional forced exercise sessions for up to two weeks; the denial of any form of entertainment for up to two weeks.
21. COMMUNICATION: Other than his MASTER, the slave may not have any social contact with anyone else whatsoever, without his MASTER'S permission. It goes without saying that the slave shall NEVER, EVER be in contact with any other MASTERS by any means at all, including in-person contact, phone contact, e-mail or online chatting, hard copy mail, Morse Code, hieroglyphics, carrier pigeon, etc. Being in contact with other MASTERS without his MASTER'S permission is grounds for the most intense and long term discipline and punishment! The slave will have a period set aside each week for personal contact with family and friends by telephone or e-mail. The slave may also visit with his family and friends from time to time with his Master's permission.
22. PROBATIONARY VISITATION: The Slave shall make themselves available at least once a week to the MASTER for up to 2 hours.
23. FREE PERIODS: Since the slave is part-time he shall not be granted free periods of ownership.
24. RESIDENTIAL RELOCATION: If the slave is part-time and married he shall live with his wife and family
25. TRANSITION FROM PROBATION TO PERMANENT SLAVE STATUS: If during the time of his probationary period, the slaves performs as expected, follows all guidelines and meets all expectations, as determined and evaluated by the MASTER; the MASTER may decide to take permanent, part-time ownership of the slave. The length of the probationary period may vary from slave to slave and is in no way indicative of a specific slave's worth. The Permanent Ownership Ceremony marks the official beginning of the slave's lifelong subjugation to his MASTER and will take place on the day the MASTER takes physical possession of the slave for part-time ownership. Once the creed and oath have been read, the slave is the official, lifelong, permanent property of his MASTER.
26. AMENDMENTS: The MASTER may amend this statement at will, either verbally or in written form at anytime whatsoever, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever.
