Quick Hair Bondage
by Rope Fashions
Here is a quick way to do hair bondage, using only a single rope.
This is not quite as pretty as the braided hair bondage we
have presented in the past, but it is quicker and easier. It
is based on a knot that cave rescuers call a dog &
tails, and sailors call a selvagee.
|
Step 1:
Start with a 12-foot length of rope, double it. Reach through the
bight (loop), gently grab the hair, and pull it through, so the
bight is underneath the hair.
|
Step 2:
Cross the left rope over the right rope, and pull snug.
|
Step 3:
Now bring both ropes around to the underside of the hair, cross the
right rope over the left rope, and pull snug.
|
Step 4:
Bring the ropes around to the top, cross the left rope over the right
rope, and pull snug.
|
Step 5:
Keep repeating this over-and-under sequence until you have covered
several inches of hair.
|
Step 6:
Now we will finish with a reef knot (square knot). Bring the ropes
to the top of the hair.
|
Step 7:
Cross the left rope over the right.
|
Step 8:
Now cross the right rope over the left, and you’re done.
This tie works like the old Chinese finger trap toys or like an
electrician's cable grip. As you pull on the ropes, the crossed
ropes tighten up, gently gripping the hair without putting
too much stress on it. One thing you have to be careful of
is not putting the reef knot too close to the end of the
hair. As you pull on the ropes, the crossed ropes stretch
out as they contract, and if the reef knot is too
close to the end of the hair, it will slide off.
To remove the hair tie, release the tension in the ropes,
then grip the top of the assembly and slide it down the
hair. It will slide right off. (When we presented this at
Shibaricon 2007, a Domme with beautiful long hair told us
that she uses that same technique to tie ribbons in her hair.
If someone tries messing with her by pulling on her ribbons,
she can just grab the top and release them.)
I hope you enjoy this tie as much as I do.
